Working Together

Both models are available. Most partnerships start as wholesale — we purchase inventory outright and take on the marketplace risk — and expand into a fully managed channel from there.

From established regional manufacturers to national consumer brands. The common factor is a catalog with genuine room to grow on marketplaces, not a specific revenue threshold.

Wholesale agreements run annually with quarterly review points. We ask for a year because marketplace ranking work rarely shows its full return inside two quarters.

Marketplaces

Amazon, Walmart, and eBay are live channels today. Additional marketplaces are evaluated per brand and added to the roadmap during the strategy phase.

Yes, and it is common. We audit the existing account first — listing ownership, review history, and any suppressed or duplicate ASINs — then migrate deliberately rather than all at once.

Not currently. Our focus is the domestic marketplaces where we can run operations directly. International expansion is on the roadmap.

Pricing & Brand Control

We monitor unauthorized sellers, enforce MAP at the threshold you set, and keep listing content under controlled ownership so your brand reads consistently across every channel.

You set the floor; we operate within it. Pricing architecture is agreed during strategy and revisited at quarterly reviews rather than changed unilaterally.

Operations

A discovery call, a catalog and channel audit, then a written strategy. Live listings typically follow within thirty days of the first purchase order.

To our designated receiving locations, then forward into marketplace fulfillment networks on the replenishment schedule. Owned warehousing and prep are coming soon.

Monthly sell-through and inventory position by SKU, plus a quarterly review covering channel performance, enforcement actions taken, and the plan for the coming quarter.
